This book is a superb place to start for anyone who has ever had or will ever have conflict in their lives? Who me?! For any person or group of persons, the authors lay out the basis on which to build peace out of conflict and then a logical process for resolving conflict and turning it into a grace. This is not a book of spiritual theory - the process has been hammered out over long years in all kinds of situations - I know one of the authors. Every Catholic family and every parish should have this book and understand the principles, before conflict arises. It's beauty is in its simplicity. There is no Catholic who cannot apply this in their lives immediately. Even as I went through a very difficult divorce myself, and my ex would not take a copy of the book and talk through it with me, it did allow me to work through it myself and grow in peace for myself. I highly recommend the book. You can apply it to your daily life immediately, I am sure. -- David L.
